Liverpool Takeover??

Liverpool are reported to have held talks with Indian billionaire Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao over a potential £500m takeover at Anfield.
The News of the World report that Liverpool co-owner Tom Hicks opened negotiations with Rao initially with a view to arranging a sponsorship deal, but the Indian businessman who made his fortune in the airport and construction industries is thought to be considering a major investment in the club which could lead to an eventual takeover.

Carlos Lehder, who simply took over an entire tropical island and used it as a base of operations for his empire.

Sure, Lehder could have just bought himself some uninhabited island, but in true supervillain style, he took over an established island in the Bahamas called Norman's Cay. He started off by buying a lot of the property including an airstrip. He might have been stopped by the Bahamian government but he took care of this by allegedly bribing the Prime Minister. Lehder then had doberman attack dogs and armed guards roam his properties and the airstrip to make sure nothing would interfere with his drug running business, which included radar and a fleet of aircraft.

During the good years, Lehder was flying in 300 kilograms of cocaine... an hour.

Steven Segal is apparently back....and you can watch him fight crimes on the streets of NOLA

A&E announced this week that they are currently in production on the first season of Steven Seagal: Lawman, a non-fiction series that will follow the adventures of actor/martial arts star/musician Steven Seagal, working as a deputy with the Jefferson Parish County Sheriff’s Office in New Orleans.
Apparently while Seagal’s movies have been falling off the map over the past 20 years, he has actually been moonlighting as a cop, putting his aikido skills to good use fighting crime. Amazing.

Steven Segal's Lightning Bolt!!!!

For those of you who haven't heard, washed-up martial arts action star Steven Seagal recently decided to branch out into the energy drink market. He's released his very own black-canned competitor to the likes of Full Throttle and Rock Star, a beverage going by the name of Steven Seagal's Lightning Bolt. "While other energy drinks try to just throw a bunch of cheap caffeine and other drugs into your system," the official website declares, "Steven Seagal's Lightning Bolt provides you with the TRUE ENERGY you need.

Area police will be out in force today looking for those driving under the influence on what has become a holiday for drug users.
“People need to recognize that a DUI is not just from alcohol,” Sgt. Daniel Graves with Kansas City Police Department’s Traffic Investigation Unit said in a release. The day of April 20, known as “420”, has become a day of widespread marijuana use, Graves said.
