North Korea has launched a rocket over Japan, causing the Japanese government to complain to the UN. The Taepodong-2 missile flew into the Pacific Ocean over northern Japan. Japan has called for an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council to discuss the launch. FULL STORY HERE
